Women in the west are by and large not employed in order to be productive in any regard, they're employed in order to be too preoccupied to marry and reproduce and additionaly to be centralized in large cities in order to be sexually available to the ruling class during their prime reproductive years

Having pretty women in your company is a commodity in itself.

In the more extreme end of the spectrum, look at South Korea, they hire women based on looks instead of qualifications.
