this. i been to milan.
its common to have company weekend trips for cheap drinks and food to east/southeast europe here, it never happends without someone getting scammed and/or beaten up for his savings. that never happends in london or stockholm. even barcelona we went free from that. east europe is safe if you are a local and know all the rules, if you dont its like africa.
but atleast they dont do xxx that wont happend to you anyway as a tourist in kiruna.

Bruh, there's no way Italy's more unsafe than the UK or Spain (or America, for that matter). I felt safer walking around the Spanish Quarter in Naples at 11PM than I did in broad daylight in Lavapiés, Madrid or Midtown Houston (TX). I've been to Italy about 7 times so far in my life, and I've never gotten scammed, only offered expensive souvenirs that I successfully turned down. On the other hand, I did get some Gypsies to try to scam me in Cordoba (Spain) and Munich.

Why would you need to be careful in China? It's one of the safest places in the world

whats your definition of safe? i did my morning stroll through hyde park i might as well walk through a norwegian forest. there was no one there except actual joggers. then i had a day of beers where every beer cost just as much as the sign said, no one tried to scame in any way, everything was smooth sailinng and i walked home now most of the joggers was replaced by families.
i tried the same in east europe, gypsies and beggars up before me pestering me on the way, no price list for beer and it doubled and tripled in price as more of us came in, clearly a tourist scam, locals paid normal price. full off drunkards when i walked home if they have heard i was not from there they would have stabbed me for my non existing pocket money. never happend to me but we had kids in our groups that got scammed of 30-50k either hidden or straight out

I'm gonna call bullshit on that. I lost count the amount of times I've seen videos of brownies in italy scamming or pickpocketing tourists. There was even one case where they stole a german's wallet and the dude was super mad because he couldn't travel back home.
