well the video was originally leaked from a chinese paid gore site but vietnamese can be heard from the clip, also the first name of the beheader. but rumor is the victim had no relatives, nobody cares about him to make an official report so i doubt the commie police gives a shit

Legend has it, a beheaded person still has some awareness moments after the beheading was done, so there's a chance that he got what he wanted and was lucid enough to realize what happened for a few short seconds after the fact, which I guess is the icing on the cake.
