Technically Thai has at least 20 words for the personal pronoun "I" alone, "you" has at least 10. They love their pronouns.

Typical from SEA languages to have a lot of pronoums because of different degrees of social formality. Even East Asia languages have it like korean and japanese.

Thai bfs are chads that beat and cheat on their girl when they misbehave. Good thai girls know this and adjust their behavior accordingly but outliers go for foreigners because they're beta.

This has been my observation after living a year in Thailand.
