I've seen dolphins, and a sunfish once washed up on a beach.
My dad's a bird guy, and he showed me some (apparently) rare birds that were hanging out in the garden, but I don't remember their names.

I saw a mouse at the train station recently, but then on all days after that too, so I guess he just moved in there

My backyard is next to a forest. Sometimes there are deer, rabbits, and coyotes

I saw a couple of hares in a field the other month, and a few weeks back, I saw a kestrel or sparrow hawk (or some other hawk type thing) swoop into my garden and abduct a house sparrow.

Never seen that shit before, was kino.
