that is why btw, and also why europe used to have much faster internet than the US, the infrastructure was put in place in some cases ten or fifteen years later while in the US every area pretty much went through dialup -> DSL -> cable -> fiber with a lot of overlap

here a lot of people are genuinely still buying and working on 20 or 30 year old cars (partly as a hobby) but also we are retvrning to little golf carts and off road vehicles in rural towns just because it saves on gas and it's funny
