Not linguistically, Baltic and Slavic languages are not mutually intelligible, Estonian even less so since it's not even an Indo European language. Genetics? I mean, were are close to one another, but that is a given because of living close by, but that doesn't also mean that we are the same 100%.

Culturally? Kind of, but that's more for soviet boomer generation, not for example for me, who was born in 90's. Although, maybe Russian zoomers who grew up with internet are also culturally shifted.
