i think with the quality of life dclining in europe since 2015 its just general unhappiness rising. of course the mass migrations contributed strongly to said decline but immigrants have become the punching bag for everything wrong in western europe even if its a completely unrelated topic. if the illegal immigration crisis was solved europe would get better for a while but eventually things would still continue to get worse and at that point the next scapegoat for everything will be eastern europeans, long term immigrant families, leftists or lgbt. or aybe well go back to blaming soros
