Obviously this is not the case. Depending on the region, even a set of slang words in Russian differs, not to mention pronunciation or accents on sounds.
From the guys from Siberia, one could often hear the word "tormozok" that meant to take food to work. What can you almost never hear in the western regions, or it will be extremely rare.
