Not really but also yes. Though 99% of my suffering is self inflicted (bad diet, being fat, sitting at my computer all day, drinking too much etc).
I could fix all of it if I just had the mental power to do so.

I even did try. I had a pretty good job, salary big enough to make my life comfortable and a social circle.
But just couldn't be bothered after a few years and went back to neeting.

Uh not really, cities feel like bughives even the upstate areas, cozy places outside of heart of cities lack major amenities in close quarters.
