How true is this for other countries?
Basically if you have a high income you still bring home about the same as a middle / low income person just because those groups have access to all kinds of benefits that you don't have access to on account of your income. Think:

>rent allowance
>healthcare allowance
>child benefits
>childcare benefits
>lower marginal tax rate

Even if you make substantively more, your net income barely increases. Basically you are disincentivized from doing your best in this country and being weak is supported. Except if you're actually filthy rich (assets, not income), then there are all kinds of benefits and ways to keep money in your pockets. But normal people? normal people are screwed

this is based though. The only problem is people cheating the system and the very rich getting taxed too little.

>All for public health system that incredibly mediocre by firstie standards and dotniggers imported by every plane and boat available
Shit's honestly say tbf. If America ever implements a public healthcare system or if private drops to dollars, with either becoming even marginally better than leaf, then Canada as a country is killing itself without doubt
