Restaurants that handmake their ranch all have a runnier texture and a strong flavor that I love.
Fast food places’ ranch are always thicker and kinda flavorless.
Got curious one day and read the packet ingredients on a PizzaHut ranch packet. Turned out the number 1 ingredient in it was soybean oil.

yeah the oily ones full of preservatives are not good... it has to be made with fresh buttermilk and herbs... lovely stuff
