There is genuinely no point to speak any language other than English.
There is zero useful applications for speaking Dutch, Indonesian, Turkish, Swedish, German etc etc etc.
I'm baffled by the fact some people don't want to speak the international language of commerce, science, diplomacy, and the most complex and emotionally rich language in the world with centuries of world defining history and literature behind it. English is literally the most expressive language in the world, it has so much subtlety and art to it that most ESL are filtered completely by sarcasm and metaphor. It literally doesn't compute with their brains.
