it's an inner city road and the girl crossed it correctly walking on zebra lines. you can show this to traffic police and they will all tell you this is how to do it. the ones at fault are actually those drivers who did not slow down near a crossing like this unhinged poster >>213528643>>213528708.

it's actually not that scary in practice btw. you only get slightly bruised if one of these motorbikes hit you, so you only need to watch out for cars.
if this was a high speed road and/or all cars, then locals don't cross it like this.
