Honestly they have different but equal to worse problems, however they have an easier time with things that we as men value more than they do so it seems easier to us. Also modernity has made up for their shortcomings arguably more than it has men’s, so in first world / industrialized countries they get a higher boost from a lower baseline than us.

My gf has endometrios so during her period she's pretty much bedridden from pain and fever.
I will never be jealous of women, even a normal period seems horrible enough. Being born a dude is a blessing.
