Wait a minute... Are you telling me that this small country right in between England and Germany has a language that sounds similar to English AND German? Whaaaaaaaat??? HUUUHHH!?!?!? WHUUUUHHHHH!?!?!?!?

nah having no accented letters is very convenient to write or type, it's just retarded foreigners who don't know how they work or are pronounced. i don't blame them but please shut up when you don't know what you're talking about
and we have this thread every day

>what do you mean you're writing ö as eu that's dumb.
it isn't. i'm not going to defend dutch spelling and pronunciation to someone completely ignorant and boasts about it as well

Foreigners don't fuck those vowels up just because they have diacritics, that doesn't make any sense at all. They fuck them up because those vowels don't exist their first language at all

i had to type ö using three keystrokes so yes. shift+¨+o. perhaps you have a designated key but it's easier to type two letters than having to use some bullshit accents, at least for me
again, it might look weird for those who can't into vowels like "eu", "ui", "ij","uu", "oo", "ee", ect but that's on you

bit of both. the "ook" everyone likes to make fun of sounds almost the same as oak in english. feel like i'm repeating myself. it's total ignorance that makes it funny to others because they don't know how our language works. again, shut up when you don't know what you're talking about. i don't comment on swedish either, except your accented letters just now, but only to clarify

...so we write it as eu? is this concept really this difficult, jesus. just saying one is not particularly better than the other, but one is easier to type if you don't have all the snowflake letters on your keyboard
anyway i'm repeating myself, i'm going to leave it at that. thanks for staying polite. i might call other total retards itt in the very near future but that's just me enjoying my anger

we don't even use querty here, it's azerty. i have a ç, à, é, è, ù, µ, and i never use those baka (not that i have to). some french bullshit that found its way to here
but two different standard keyboards in belgium might have been impractical. it doesn't bother me, just to me total redundant keys

That's only American keyboards, we have the Euro style enter key in bongland. We also have a slightly different keyboard layout to them.

how does it work in Belgium?

Anonymous Belgium No.213567267

azerty both north and south. i realise we're the odd one out. i don't know any better but a more standard keyboard was presumably a better option. it doesn't bother me unless i have to type on a foreign qwerty as i'm not used to it at all and i have to lock my eyes one what buttens to press because the muscle memory goes out of the window
