Why do you say that? Mexico is too far away for Brazilians to have an opinion on mexico. We are basically distant neighbors to the people right next to us. Brazil should make more of an effort to integrate all of south america since we are half the continent in size and population

Well, depending on the context it could be Czechia, Ukraine or Lithuania. But that's rather isolated cases, in fact it's impossible to have a brother nation if he doesn't speak your language, brothers always speak the same language. So in this sense we have no brother country unless Ireland declares Polish the official language since it's spoken more often than Irish there.
