Only Y chromosome matters so Brazil is a white country

Does white identity really matter? is it a different ethnic group from pardos or is it just about skin colour?

Do whites and pardos identify as such and have different cultures and live in different neighborhoods?

That's pretty close.
But there will certainly be variations. The biggest problem is sampling vs. geographical region vs. population density.
When you correct for that, you get something close to this study.

Crazy that Brazil has numerically more white people than Argentina

Brazil is divided by social class.
Black and mixed-race people are generally poorer than white people, but the difference is VERY small, with white people earning around 30% more than black people and mixed-race people earning around 15% more than black people.
The ruling class itself, the bourgeoisie and petty bourgeoisie, are Jews, Levantines, mixed-race people of Bandeirante origin from São Paulo, and some white people who arrived later.

It doesn't matter. Brazilians are all the same.
I replied that the division was socio-economic, not racial.
Brazilians of all colours do the same things, eat the same foods, and have the same cultural and social habits.

Brazil has undergone nearly two centuries of identity construction and one century of intentional and objective identity construction. The average Brazilian behaves identically regardless of race.

It's strange that blacks would behave the same and have the same culture, when blacks in the USA are so different from the majority
Frankly I feel like you are understating the difference of blacks, I just don't believe they're the exact same as the whites

Your skin colour, hair colour, eye colour, height, are decided by your autosomal genes

Race in 'zil is purely about skin color, even facial features don't matter as much as skin color.
Pardos and whites nearly always have the same culture. Black people can havw a different culture, but this is heavily region dependent
