This is a gipsy from Hungary. She looks more like a generic Balkan dweller which includes Romanians and Bulgarians.

In my city, there are blond gypsies for some reason. I remember walking into a gypsy neighborhood (absolutely poor, by the way) to pick up some mail and a pretty blond gypsy woman helped me. She smiled at me, but that was seven years ago.

They steal babies, yes. If Hitler focused 100% on gypsies and nobody else he would be celebrated as a hero today.
