It's dogshit at social interractions so it can't replace customer-facing jobs like a cashier or a salesman.
It's bad at math so it can't replace accountants, the information it gives is inaccurate so it can't replace lawyers, doctors etc.
Despite having access to cutting edge research on practically every subject it can't come up with anything groundbreaking without being guided by researchers already working in the field.
A lot of what makes a good software engineer has to be guessed from real-world experience, discussions etc so it cannot perform those tasks.

For more niche fields like embedded AI will never be able to compete because engineers will have exactly 1 (one) document to rely on in the best of cases, no internet search.
