How is your country prepared for Windows 11 apocalypse?
Finland. Keep my PC as backup and buy Steam Deck with SteamOS as main PC. Then when the dust settles down for Windows 11 look forward an new PC with LinuxOS.

I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 because I bought a motherboard that didn't have drivers for Win 7. I'll wait until that happens before doing anything else.

I still have an old EePC that runs Win 7 just fine. I keep it to run some old games.
