Most of these countries are utter shitholes and a united Yugoslavia would just be a shithole but big, comparable to its first neighbors to the east.
Even ignoring the unavoidable fighting and wars, the country would eat itself out with crime, corruption and incompetence.
Nordic countries could actually work and form a bigger and better country.
