None of these people have any power. It's for a seat in our provincial house ( not even federal). And for quite literally the most jeeted part of the entire country. They represent an area of about 100k people. For context Toronto has about 30 different ridings

Virtually every western liberal country had waves of immigration from different countries, Canada happened to get lots of Indians who moved to one suburb of Toronto.

These are old Indians that moved here under different immigration schemes, the overnight wave of 5 million Indians was a university visa scheme and they're all being sent back after their visa is up.
I suspect there will be a corruption scandal revealed surrounding it but it seems most parliamentarians are in on it and the Liberals won the election again
