There's Makiba no Shoujo Katri, which is a story set entirely in Finland. Although the story is kinda simple, it's genuinely a good depiction of early 20th century Finland.
Moomins is obviously another anime linked to Finland, being based on books and comics from here. I guess it has some cultural things that are Finnish. Or maybe Fenno-Swedish.
