my uncle is unironically schizophrenic (he takes pills but they have their fair share of side effects)
grandpa died earlier this year and grandma said that he told her he was going to rope if he had to go to an instituion once shes dead

its really sad really, hes a good man but life just fucked him over more than once
and idk how to really help, he is going to get the house of the grandparents and we'll make sure the bills are paid but i dont think he really has anyone but his parents

I thought of this too, I do agree. I tried a few new things because of this mindset that I guess I wouldn't have otherwise tried (living like a normgroid for a while, going skydiving, etc.)
But ultimately it's still just annoying being alive, so I'm still gonna rope when my parents are gone.
