I was in the hospital last week and saw the most 5/10 girl I've ever seen with her mom/grandma/some old bitch. Long black hair, dark eyes, pale skin, small skinnyfat body. We locked in eyes for a few seconds and I noticed she looked kinda sad, like a resigned sad.
