The Azeris? Armenia is (was at this point probably) a russian protecterate. Turkey has leverage in the area. That's the closest thing to western military pressence there is in the caucasus. It's Russia, Turkey and in a smaller degree Iran that calls the shots there

I have a better idea.
A ceasefire should be negotiated where 40% of Ukraine is given to them. And then both Russia and Ukraine should be candidates for EU membership. That's the only way to solve the rogue white nation problem. Russia is the only white country thinks it's non-white. It needs to be a part of the EU so that they know they're white.
