i try to eat between 2-2.5k kcal/day

i mostly train my arms because they're the thinnest part of my body, 4x15-20 reps for biceps/triceps every second day

i once had to visit my GP for some random checkup and when I took off my shirt she commented that I have disproportionately thin arms and chest comparing to the rest of the body and i should start lifting
worst thing is that i had been already lifting for some time when she said that
i felt like shit after that

i can do more pushups than i could at the beginning (so zero lmao) but i feel like im already stuck, i can't go past 20 pushups at once

i read that the newest research shows that what is important is not the load or some strictly defined number of reps but muscles get incentive for growth if you end your set max 4 reps before your max capacity
but i usually try to do as much reps in the set as i can, i end the set when i simply cannot do even one rep more

100g is a bit low for 65k, multiply your weight by 1.8 and that's the bare minimum
Drop the number of sets but also the number of reps, 15-20 is too high if you want to focus on hypertrophy, also include compound exercises into your program

Hm sounds relatable
For me I just needed to eat more and only then I started seeing some results
Last summer I was at the gym almost every day but I ate a lot of fast food (BK, McD) with no protein supplements and I only gained fat, I didn't feel like I got muscle.
This year I'm only exercising at home and taking protein supplements and while having less weight than last year I feel and other say too that I look more defined or buff.
For me I think it was important not so skip meals, I would often skip breakfast and have a very light supper.
I'm still a 67 kg dyel

i heard you count the amount of protein not from your overall weight but your fat free weight, which in my case is around 50kg I believe because I am skinnyfat and I have quite a lot of fat on the belly

if you're already around 15% body fat or lower, thereโ€™s almost no difference between using total body weight, just 20g protein which is nothing, as you said you have nothing to lose

Really? I found those mixed in water disgusting but chocolate flavored ones in milk are to me basically like chocolate milk.

My arms got noticably bigger after being able to do pullups in a few weeks. You are doing something wrong. What weights are you using? Give us some numbers.

20 pushups is insanely bad. I can do about 50-65 standard pushups, but I generally do harder decline ones because it's faster and I feel like they work my shoulders more(with my form anyway). You should probably just give up or get roids.
