It is, but only for the superrich elites. Brunches are offered at very upscale grand hotels.

Here's our standard eating schedule:

8:01 am: breakfast after punching in
10:00 am: 2nd breakfast
1:00 pm: lunch
4:00 pm: tea
6:01 pm: 2nd tea with treats bought on the way home
8:00 pm: dinner
10:00 pm: supper
12:00 am: late supper/watch EPL at outdoor restaurant

no, just in anglo countries.
i preffer not having breakfast and having launch than having a brunch
