Packaging is extremely eastern european coded

the packaging and shape of the snack reminded me of a snack we have that was popular when I was a kid called Teddy Graham

basically just small hard cookies shaped like teddy bears

then I saw that Teddy Graham also had the version that appears from OP image but it was apparently discontinued in 2019 for some reason, according to google
it's the same nabisco snack
