saturday: 108km cycling with 3,1km elevation gain
sunday: 10km cycling (just to and from the pull-up bar); 5x8 chin-ups, 1x50 push-ups
today I want to go running in the evening
I haven't done as much as in the past recently, but I want to get back to exercising more
Saturday was big though, my second longest tour and highest amount of elevation I ever did in a day

Went from 94kg to 70kg within the last year, I only started weightlifting in the last month, honestly kind of want to get back to not lifting weights as I’m not getting the usual half a kilo a week loss due to muscle gain

For my part I ran 8 miles today. Haven't been crazy consistent past month but it's still been more or less respectable

No, I'm chubby. I did start doing pushups 4 years ago to improve my physique. But I didn't lose any weight, so now I have chest muscles pushing out my man-boobs even more. I usually do 850 to 1,000 pushups per day, along with a special set of 10 "deep and slow' pushups which require pausing twice for 5 seconds during each repetition, and that is my main form of exercise.

And I'm still fat, but with more shoulder and chest muscle.

I keep losing weight because I can't eat enough to make up for the burnt calories

im thin as shit despite not being active for the past while because all i eat is fish, brown rice, chicken, fruits and vegetables and whatever my parents cook for dinner, and only when im actually hungry. i think it's genuinely impossible to be fat while eating like this so maybe it might work for you aswell
