I want that sweet spot where I don't have to spend a fuckton of money just for commute
Imagine that eh? You get a job, you get your salary, and you use your salary to buy gas/cover tolls/pay for parking to cover your commute to and from your job
I have a feeling that incels get paralysed with indecision
Even the mongest mong here could get a mortgage if they wanted, your deposit only has to be a few grand
However you would be paying that mortgage for 40+ years if you're not earning much, and the prospect of that is too frightening for people scared of the real world so they don't go for it

Even London isn't always dreadful, my friend just bought a 2 bed flat for like about £380,000, it's a bit cheaper than average because it's not got an easy tube connection but he doesn't care because you can cycle
Renting is insanely terrible in London thoughalbeit

Frogposting is still so superior to 'jakposting man.
I don't actually have anything to contribute to the topic of this thread
It is here at least. Only couples with combined incomes of 1.6 median wage or over can buy homes and almost all singles buying a house got gifted money by their parents.
Keep in mind these houses are often completely ran down former social housing so they basically get the leftovers of Muhammed who lived there for €500 but instead they paid €350k and need €80k more to fix everything.
