the worst part here is the letters for the different cities. we're only allowed to use cyrillic letters that look the same in latin, like A B P etc.
and what happens is that for cities like Plovdiv where the registration is PB, the P is latin, but the B is cyrillic V. it's a mess

What? I haven't seen one of these in at least 10 years and even then paying by cash was just an option you had, most cars would use the automatic lane even back then. It is all by plate scanner cameras / EZ-Pass.
