Not really in Bosnia and Herzegovina, it's mostly people fucking off to work in first world european or american/oceanian countries, but there's a lot of them leaving to work in Croatia and Serbia too especially if they have croat/serb roots. Herzegovinians are generally treated as richer and like the jews of bih in a sense that they prioritize hiring their own and helping each other out over the rest, but honestly the richest parts in Bosnia can't really compare to the first world countries, practically like 80% of people I know from my generation that's under 25 has fucked off to work permanently outside of the country or they're at least doing seasonal work.
