I think the secret is to not think about it. There was a brand of European philosophers who encouraged what psychoanalysis called neurosis which is the persistent and constant worry about everything. So neurotic people will over analyze everything and will constantly think about things. You should just live life enduring the harshness of your life because all of our lives are harsh and so you live day by day. You make plans and you go through with those plans but you also accept the fact that life is difficult and harsh and hard and sometimes it feels meaningless but you're not alone and feeling that, so you must keep going.

Live near nature and animals, take it at a slow peace, eat healthy. I know my puropose is not a 8-16 job, so i try to go around that and find other income, fitness and exercise gives me a lot. Also just dont drink, smoke and jerk off, i ruins your test drive by a lot.
