I swear they all conspire to keep young people away from any training and positions of influence and delay retirement. It'd be okay if they didn't often outnumber young people in a company. I've seen so often a 65 year old who can barely bend over earning twice as much money as a 25 year old who is doing all the actual work for him, it's insane.
