3x2 100 kgs (new pr) narrow grip lat pulldown (asked myguy 2 to force a 3rd rep out on the third set, and I managed to do a bit more than half the ROM without any help, so I guess I should be able to get it up to 3 reps in 2 weeks tops)
2x5 40 kgs unilateral lat pulldowns
1x0 failed set (3 partial reps) 100 kgs, 1x3 92,5 kgs, 1x6 85 kgs machine low rows (I for some reason remembered that the full stack was 95 kgs, but actually it's 100 kgs, so I need more time to full stack it)
1x5 87,5 kgs, 2x4 90 kgs machine rows
3x5 22 kgs hammer curls
4 deadhangs

She told me she does not want to hurt her back when lifting off the weight from the bottom. If she tried doing a 3RM sure, I'd agree that it can hurt her back. But she did like 15-20 reps, so there's no way that could have hurt her back.
