I also feel like just saying fuck it all and grinding until I reach full stack on leg extensions, but I also feel like I should lower quad volume and instead increase hamstring volume. Maybe by instead of doing both leg extensions and another quad exercise like split squats, I'll drop leg extensions and just do split squat. And instead of just doing leg curls, I'll also add RDLs to the workout plan, so I'll do both RDLs and leg curls. We'll see.

Tbf, doing 6 sets of back extensions on pull and 6 sets of abs on push won't tire me out, nor will adding 3 sets of adduction and 3 sets of abduction on leg day, so I don't see anything wrong with a for example 24 set push sesh desu.
