Visa's, language requirements, educational requirements, act as a filter so only the best immigrants of a country come to your country. Remove all those requirements, and the worst of a country will move to your country.

France had a lot of Vietnamese immigration decades ago, the French love them. The Netherlands had a lot of Indonesian Christian immigration, the Dutch love them, Poland, Germany, Sweden had some Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai immigration, and they love those immigrants. Why? because they received only the best immigrants who passed the immigration filters.
