Only thing you can really do is stating your opinion and encourage others to do the same. I feel that many people are against immigration, but are too afraid to say something about it, since they could be seen as racist. Normalising to talk about it and being against it might help some acquaintances to feel more comfortable about their opinion. People need to know, that also normal people have those opinions and not only radicals.
