30 years ago, going to McDonald's or Whataburger was genuinely a treat and something you did after the big baseball game or on a birthday. That's how it should have always been, not something to shove down your gob before work every goddamn day

Dollar menu used to be like $1.39 here (possibly cheaper, but I didn't buy my own McDonald's as a kid, so I wouldn't know the prices). Then it's $1.49, $1.59, $1.69 about 10 years ago. Now I think a McDouble is like $3.

Ain't no body has money fo dat!!!

But at least I don't live in Scandi country. You'd have to mortgage a burger.

It's not increasing. The prices are already way too high.

A kroket from the supermarket is 54 cents. If you buy it from a snackbar (which is what we call fast food places here) then it's 3 euros. It used to be like 80 cents before corona.

McDonalds obviously. They are really big here.

But our own fast food are usually just local restaurants. In many cases either owned by a random guy. And if they sell it, it usually gets taken over by Chinese people. Which is quite odd, considering how few Chinese people we have.

Trump should pressure and tariff all major coffee producing cunts into oblivion until they cut back coffee exports to Europe. I know there'd be still be plenty of coffee, but I howl at the thought of you faggots paying double or if we're really something luckyโ€”triple what you pay now.
