By all means go for it, but I've never understood the appeal. It's a slab of cow fat basically, at this point might as well eat spoonfuls of canned tallow.

Unironically good if minced and using the ground meat for Burgers, meat balls, pasta fillings etc. However, just go to your butcher and order a fatty cut. No need to pay wagyu prices

A lot of things we throw out as expired are fine to eat probably even that moldy pork but even medieval peasants would cook it first
