it won't be a thing soon, Polish countryside is losing people very fast as traditional farming is dying, soon we will have thousands of abandoned villages with no one but 3 >80yo grandmas still living there and all the people will live in few big cities
and the funniest thing is that they still keep investing eurogibs in these villages, building superb modern infrastructure, fiber internet, new asphalt roads, new sewage systems and most ridiculously - kids playgrounds (in villages without a single child)
it's not an unusual situation in Poland that villages in the middle of nowhere have better public infrastructure than suburbs of big cities (that keep growing because all the people keep moving into them), because EU funds are directed at helping "disenfranchised" communities while these suburbs of big cities are formally rich (in real life it's not like that)
