Ill be honest. He does have a point. I stayed in India for months and never got scammed. reason being is that I ALWAYS asked the prices before hand and always tried my best to give the exact change to those I wasn't sure of. The biggest annoyance was hotels who had the worst service imaginable. Best to stay in airbnbs.

I’ve fallen for 2 scams before and am 27.
One I got my RuneScape info phished by a fake jagex site by an Egyptian.
The second time was at my work I almost got scammed for $600 in gift cards lol because I actually thought it was my bossing telling me to buy gift cards for office staff. He fucked up when asking me to email him the codes cuz I was like “what’s the fun in giving gift cards like that?” That was definitely the dumbest time I almost fell for it but a lot of coincidences aligned that made it seem legit.
