Botswana didn't have white people almost at all and has been ruled by blacks since the 1960s and this is now the richest and most stable country in the region if not all of Africa
the problems, instability, civil wars and economic crises only exist in places where whites tried to meddle with local affairs and trip up the black majority leaders
