Are they outlawing encryption in general or do they just force all providers to give them your unencrypted messages? What would happen if you manually handle encryption with a tool like Kleopatra. Will the police then come to my door and tell me 'Oi mate you aint got a license for encryption! Now follow me to jail!'?
