I've been reading feminist literature. Not the "my body my choice I want to show my boobies to fight the patriarchy" slop literature, but actual women analyzing psychologically the social dynamics between the two sexes and highlighting how the patriarchal mindset undermines the mental integrity of both men and women. Now I see the same dynamics everywhere, movies, books, anime, socials. I can't enjoy life anymore because I see women and men being psychologically oppressed by the systematic toxicity that still affects us subconsciously. It's all the more valid in my country.
