I'll share the secret.
I grew up socially deprived, we didn't have discussions at home, the TV was always on. I was afraid of my parents because I couldn't do anything right, asking them stuff lead to punishment, in fact every interacting with them lead to punishment.

As a child you don't really understand it, and kids aren't picky so you have people to play with. But as you become a teenager you start to notice, you notice other people noticing. And you gradually become more and more withdrawn and avoidant.

You believe that you are not worthy of love or attention, that its easier to stay away. And once you withdraw socially you're met with this deep peace. Its like mud at the bottom of a stream, the water is clear as long as its not disturbed.

Suddenly you become an adult and everything is impossible.
Sure I could work, but I can't be in a workplace. I could study, but for what?
I could go outside but seeing other people cause massive stress and shame.

no. I've been working for years, zero social contact with any of my coworkers outside of work. Zero contact with anyone I knew previously at shool, universities and previous jobs.

All communication is strictly utilitarian and job related.

I am a diagnosed autistic 30+ year old man.
The government, doctors and specialists decided that I was not fit for work and gave me early pension when I turned 30. Before that I live on normal neetbux from the age of 18.
Never had a job.
Never had friends.
Always been alone.

Nope, most people are not. Daddy raising his voice once and mummy giving you a slap isn't trauma. A human being isolating themselves from others is more often than not the direct result of terrible/neglectful experiences in childhood. Our entire work/employment culture is based on education, social circles and connections.
Just removing the social part instantly removes him from like 99% of possible jobs here.
