Ainu descend from the Jomon culture and came from Honshu thousands of years ago. They are the only native people of Japan and immigrant Japanese need to respect them.

Wrong. They culture comes from the Okhotsk culture that complete displaced whatever Jomon culture that existed.
They do have high Jomon blood, but that's not culture or language.
