I want private self sufficient off grid land with backyard chickens, garden, solar panels, compost, worm septic tank, just peace in the trees and the field and the sea and the wind, a cat, a bird, and a chinchilla. Also personal ice rink in the yard, small boat, small plane, and perhaps a high quality offspring.
I don't ask for much
