I don’t get why Asians and other ethnics are so desperate to be seen as “real” Americans, and get assblasted when someone asks them where they’re really from. It’s pathetic behavior. I was born in America, I’m happy to live here and be a citizen. But I will never be part of the “American” ethnicity of White people from northwest Europe who settled the country. Elon Musk was born in Africa, it doesn’t make him black. And if someone asks me where I’m from, I know what they really mean so I’m happy to tell them that my parents are from Korea/Vietnam.
